Privacy Policy

Tend Notes is designed as a local-first relationship care notebook. Check-ins, notes, selected relationship type, poster display name, avatar, account binding preference, and rewrite usage are stored on your device. If iCloud is enabled on your device, Tend Notes may also save an encrypted Apple iCloud key-value backup so your records can be restored on another device signed in to the same Apple ID.

Data collection

The app does not require a Tend Notes account, does not sell personal data, does not track users across apps or websites, and does not upload relationship notes to a developer-operated server. iCloud backup, when available, is handled by Apple through your Apple ID and iCloud settings.

Subscriptions

For English-region users, purchases and subscription status are handled by Apple through StoreKit. Apple may process purchase information according to your Apple ID and App Store settings.

Deleting data

You can delete local check-ins from Settings inside the app. This removes relationship notes stored by Tend Notes on that device.

Backups

The app can automatically keep an iCloud backup when iCloud is available. You can also export a local backup file at your request. You choose where to save or share exported files.

Account binding

English users may save an email address or Apple ID preference for future account recovery features. Email is stored locally in this version. Apple ID/iCloud continuity uses the Apple ID signed in on the device.

隐私政策

在意笔记是一个本地优先的关系维护笔记。关系记录、备注、关系类型、海报昵称、头像、账号绑定偏好和消息改写使用情况会保存在你的设备上。如果你的设备开启了 iCloud，App 也可能通过 Apple 的 iCloud 键值存储保存一份自动备份，方便同一 Apple ID 的新设备恢复记录。

数据收集

App 不要求注册在意笔记账号，不出售个人数据，不跨 App 或网站追踪用户，也不会把你的关系备注上传到开发者运营的服务器。iCloud 自动备份由 Apple 根据你的 Apple ID 与 iCloud 设置处理。

删除数据

你可以在 App 的设置页删除本地记录。这会删除保存在当前设备上的在意笔记关系记录。

数据备份

当 iCloud 可用时，App 可以自动保留一份 iCloud 备份。你也可以主动导出本地备份文件，并自行选择保存或分享的位置。

账号绑定

中文用户可以保存手机号或 Apple ID 偏好，用于后续账号体系预留。手机号当前保存在本机；Apple ID/iCloud 连续性依赖当前设备登录的 Apple ID。
