Keeping your data safe

Your records are saved on your iPhone by default. App updates keep local data.

For device changes, open Settings in Tend Notes and confirm iCloud backup says “Backed up”, or tap “Back Up to iCloud Now”. Use the same Apple ID and enable iCloud on the new device.

If you do not use iCloud, export a backup file from Settings before changing or deleting your device, then restore that file in Tend Notes on the new device.

Tend Notes does not provide emergency support. If you are in immediate danger or crisis, contact local emergency services or a qualified local professional.

如何保留数据

你的记录默认保存在当前 iPhone。普通 App 更新会保留这些本机数据。

如果准备换手机，请先打开在意笔记的设置页，确认 iCloud 自动备份显示“已备份”，或点击“立即备份到 iCloud”。新手机需要登录同一个 Apple ID 并开启 iCloud。

如果你不使用 iCloud，请在换机或删除 App 前先从设置页导出备份文件，再在新设备中从备份文件恢复。

在意笔记不提供紧急支持。如果你处于危险或危机中，请联系当地紧急服务或专业机构。
