Tend Notes provides reflection, journaling, relationship pattern, and communication support tools. It is not medical, legal, emergency, crisis, or professional counseling advice.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for how you use generated suggestions and rewritten messages. In unsafe, abusive, or emergency situations, seek qualified local help.

Local data

App updates are designed to keep local data. When iCloud is available, Tend Notes also keeps an Apple iCloud key-value backup for continuity across devices signed in to the same Apple ID. Deleting the app may remove local data from the device, so exporting a backup is recommended if you want an extra copy.

Account binding

Account binding fields are prepared for future recovery features. Email and phone fields are stored locally in this version. Apple ID continuity uses the iCloud account signed in on the device.

Subscription terms

Tend Notes Pro is an auto-renewing subscription managed by Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

End User License Agreement

Tend Notes uses the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

本地数据

普通 App 更新会保留本地数据。当 iCloud 可用时，在意笔记也会通过 Apple 的 iCloud 键值存储保留自动备份，用于同一 Apple ID 设备之间的连续性。如果你卸载 App，系统可能会删除设备上的本地数据；如需额外保留，建议导出备份。

账号绑定

账号绑定信息用于后续账号找回功能预留。手机号和邮箱字段当前保存在本机；Apple ID 连续性依赖当前设备登录的 iCloud 账号。

订阅说明

中文系统用户早期版本不设置订阅付费入口。如未来调整，将在 App 内清晰提示。

最终用户许可协议

在意笔记使用 Apple 标准最终用户许可协议（EULA）。
